In September of 2011, I sold my company, Infinity Realty, to a company that shares the same vision, philosophies, and approach to saving agents money that I did for eleven years.  Infinity Realty was the second largest independent real estate company in Kansas City area and I sold to the largest independent company, Platinum Realty.  Platinum Realty was named the fastest growing real estate company in America in 2010 by Inc 500 as well as the 129th fastest growing company.  Ingrams Magazine named Platinum Realty the 7th fastest growing company in the Kansas City Metro area.  The meetings that I had with my agents (135 agents!) to make the announcement were overwhelmingly successful.  The merger was monumental because it helped catapult Platinum Realty ahead to the 2nd largest real estate company in Kansas City!

The acquisition has given me a lot more freedom to help grow my real estate team again, The BAIRD Group, formerly The EDGE Team.  I plan on leading the team and growing our sales to great heights.  I am excited to incorporate much more in the way of commercial real estate services with the experience I now have.  As well, I will be helping people buy and sell businesses with my FNBC Business Brokerage which I began back in 2010. I also have other businesses such as One Stop Shops, Handyman and Cleaning Services that I have enjoyed operating and will continue to be a resource for friends and family! 

I am grateful and thankful to my friends and allies for giving me the opportunity to serve them in their real estate needs over the years. I love helping my friends, family, and your referrals in the sale or fixing up of their homes, buildings, and land. I am honored to have served as the broker for some of the finest Realtors and business people in Kansas City. I will continue to give all that I have to earn and keep your trust and respect.
